The Transylvanian group that came for ski touring in March returned to see Bucegi Mountains in summer time. Padina Chalet was again our host. We started from the chalet to Horoabelor Valley, to see the wonderful canyon. After the canyon we spent one hour in the raspberry bushes enjoying nature’s gifts. Because of the strong wind we did not continue to Omu Peak but descended to Doamnei Valley to see its waterfall. We finished the weekend climbing to Babele Chalet to the most famous of the spectacular rock formations that Bucegi Mountains can offer.
